This programme consists of three individual sections covering the practice of:

  • Contact tonometry
  • Binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy (both at the slit-lamp and with a headset)
  • Gonioscopy

    • 3.1.2 Understand the use of contact procedures with slit lamp for angle assessment.
    • 3.1.3 To understand the use of slit lamp and indirect lenses for assessment of the fundus.
    • 3.1.6 Understand how to measure intraocular pressure using a contact technique.
