Before you start the seventh part of the course please ensure that you have either completed the following courses or are familiar with their content:

- Glaucoma: Part Two – Pathophysiology and Risk Factors
- Glaucoma: Part Three – Assessment (Anterior Segment)
- Glaucoma: Part Four – Assessment (IOP)
- Glaucoma: Part Five – Assessment (Optic Disc)
- Glaucoma: Part Six – Visual Fields
The seventh part covers glaucoma management, referral and care pathways.
Unit 9 - Management, referral and care pathwaysThe key areas covered are:
- NICE NG81 and SIGN 144 guidance and their relevance to referral and management of glaucoma suspects
- How to reach a referral decision
- Referral filtering and glaucoma care pathways
- Case studies.
At the end of the course you can complete the CPD quiz to gain 0.5 non-interactive CPD points.
